Group visitors are expected to be closely monitored by chaperones while on the visit. Students who are causing disruption to the tour group or to daily activities on campus (classes, rehearsals, athletics practice, etc) will need to be removed from the group and sit out on the tour. Please require your students to keep distractions like cell phones, sports equipment, electronics, or other toys put away while touring campus. Failure to maintain reasonable behavior on a visit will result in your organization/school losing group visit opportunities for the next 2 years.

For all groups with visitors age 18 or younger, at least one chaperone is required per ten students.

Submitting this form is not a guarantee that the visit date and time you selected will be final. One of our staff members will be following up with you via email within 2 business days of your submission. Once we have had a chance to review your request, we will be able to offer you final confirmation of the visit date and time. We will do our best to meet your request.
